Serenity offers you a range of therapies for relaxation in your busy world.  Serenity is based in the Montpelier area of Brighton (near Waitrose on Western Road) and therapies include aromatherapy, swedish massage, reiki, reflexology and hopi ear candles.

Each treatment has advantages for differing complaints.  Many conditions can show improvement after 4-6 weekly treatments.  All holistic therapies can help prevent illness and are fantastic for stress relief.

Your Therapist

I’m Katy Schutte, the Serenity therapist.  
Reiki Master, BA(Hons), MICHT

I use Reiki, aromatherapy oils and aspects of reflexology and broader holistics in my everyday life, so I’m aware of the power and enjoyment everyone can glean from these therapies.  

Since qualifying in 2004, I’ve been practising holistic therapies from home, at a clinic and in a sports centre.  I now have Serenity, my own practice in the Montpelier part of Brighton. 

I am a Reiki Master, which means that as well as giving reiki treatments, I also teach others how to give and use Universal Life Force Energy.  I run reiki share evenings for students to exchange treatments and information as well as teaching levels Reiki I, Reiki II and Reiki III Master/Teacher.  Sadly, being a Reiki Master doesn't mean you can use a lightsaber.  Darn.

And just so you know…  I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and all of my qualifications are registered, recognised and covered by my professional Treatment Liability Insurance.  So you’re in safe hands!
